How commission works
- Profit = customer payment - agreed landed product cost.
- The sale must be created by the system, recorded, and paid.
- Existing opportunities count only when both parties assign them to the system.
Working terms
- Service continues month to month at the standard fee.
- Either party may end it before the next billing date.
- Price or scope changes require written agreement.
- Work starts after the NDA, signed agreement, and first payment.
- Jacob Quality Floors approves prices, quotes, commitments, and ad spend.
Website work, rebranding, ads, software, purchased data, and outside costs need separate approval. No minimum sales result is guaranteed. Intelligence Masters remains responsible for the agreed work and reporting.
