- Research approved buyers, projects, and opportunities.

- Organize leads, quotes, sales, and follow-up dates.
- Track which activities produce paid sales.
Outreach and follow-up
- Prepare approved email, phone, LinkedIn, and relationship outreach.
- Draft and automate approved follow-up and record updates.
Reporting and optimization
- Report leads, quotes, sales, and attributable gross profit.
- Review and improve targeting, messaging, and workflows.
Website builds, rebranding, ad spend, paid software, purchased data, and third-party costs require separate written approval.
Performance fee
Commission is paid on attributable gross profit.
A sale qualifies when the system generated or advanced the opportunity, it was recorded before closing, and the customer paid.
Gross profit calculation
Attributable gross profit = customer payment - refunds and credits - landed product cost - approved direct job costs.
Landed cost includes product cost, ocean freight, currency conversion, and duty. Sales taxes are excluded.

A sale qualifies when
- The system generated or advanced the opportunity.
- The opportunity and cleared payment are recorded.
A sale does not qualify when
- It was pre-existing and not assigned to the system.
- It was cancelled, refunded, unpaid, duplicated, or unsupported.
Service terms
The agreement lasts only while we are working together.
Each payment activates one month of service. Either party can choose not to renew.
Active service
- Each monthly payment activates one month of service.
- Work begins after the NDA, service agreement, and first payment are complete.
- Either party may decline the next monthly renewal. No future monthly service fees are owed after the final paid month.
Approvals and scope
- Jacob Quality Floors approves prices, discounts, quotes, customer commitments, and ad spend.
- Scope changes and third-party costs require written approval.
- Pay the active month's invoice and any earned performance fee according to the monthly statement.
Data and ownership
- Jacob Quality Floors owns its data and client-owned accounts.
- Confidential information is used only to provide the approved services.
After service ends
- The $4,000 monthly fee ends with the final active month.
- Commission applies only to previously recorded opportunities paid within 90 days.
- New opportunities after the end date carry no commission.
Standard legal terms
- Intelligence Masters is an independent contractor and cannot bind Jacob Quality Floors without written approval.
- Jacob Quality Floors owns its data, accounts, and paid client-specific deliverables. Intelligence Masters retains its pre-existing tools, templates, code, methods, and general know-how.
- Except for fraud, wilful misconduct, or obligations that cannot legally be limited, each party's total liability is limited to the service fees paid during the previous three months. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Ontario law governs. Formal notices may be sent to the parties' designated email addresses.
- Changes must be agreed in writing. The signed agreement and NDA form the entire agreement, and electronic signatures and counterparts are accepted.
Results are not guaranteed. Intelligence Masters is responsible for the agreed work and reporting; Jacob Quality Floors controls final business decisions.
